Information We Collect
When you request a roof inspection, contact our team or schedule a service, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, project information, photos and other details. Basic website access logs and technical data may also be collected by hosting and security services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information to assess requests, contact you about services, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, maintain records and improve customer service. When configured, the forms and communication tools on this website are provided through Workiz, which may process your information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Calls, Texts and Automated Responses
By providing contact information in connection with a service request, you authorize us to contact you about that request using your selected contact methods, including service-related calls, texts or emails, subject to applicable law. Automated acknowledgments or AI-assisted responses may be used when enabled in our CRM. Marketing text messages require any separate consent required by law. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an applicable marketing SMS to opt out. Do not include financial account numbers or other highly sensitive information in website requests.
Retention and Disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers, CRM and communications vendors, insurers or subcontractors where reasonably necessary to service your request, administer a project or comply with law. We do not represent that any online transmission can be absolutely secure. We retain records for business and legal purposes as reasonably necessary.
Cookies and Analytics
Our hosting environment and third-party integrations may use essential cookies and technical information for security, form functionality and service improvement. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual implementation.
Your Choices
You may ask us to update your contact information or stop nonessential communications. Some operational and legal records may need to be retained. For privacy inquiries, contact roofing@canadianriver.com or call (405) 778-2723.
